Parma Thursday 24.06.2010

This Parma Thursday was a  very special one for the Senate. It was the last time the Parma Parlament will enjoy dining with Senator Nick for 5 weeks as he is going away to Brisbane for a Parma tasting expedition. The Parmas were good as always however could have used a little more Napoli sauce and were a bit overly crispy at the edges. The Senate would also like to give a thank you to the Pint on Punt management for forcing the bartendresses to wear tight green James Boags tops. Thank you.

It is also a special event as the Prime Minister of Australia has stepped down and Julia Gillard, the first female PM Australia, has had has stepped into his position. Her rise to power has caused a great various of indifference and disgust within the Senate.

Already video games are being made…

And airlines are having sales…

The group were all very hungry today and left early for Pint on Punt. Despite several email notifications Ollie was left behind and did not make it to today’s parma day. Out of respect to him we will refrain from posting any of the 247 photos we took of everyone having fun and gorging on parmas. They were good.

It was a unanimous decision for Pint on Punt today and the Senate was not disappointed. With the friendly girls serving us and Pommy belittling the group was rewarded by massive parmas at this home coming. The staff are starting to ask where the group went on the Thursdays they’re missing. We had the return of Tash this day and guest star Reawyn.

Tash if you’re going to the gym you can’t vote!

Parma News Network (PNN) update: Some tensions were present in the pre-parma deliberation today, causing a split in the senate which some analysts prediction would result in a hung parliament. The issues were further compounded when Senator Ravie was discovered to be involved in election rigging by a senate inquiry. Senator Ravie claimed to be only demonstrating security flaws in the voting system. The Senate stated that it was unlikely the wayward Senator would be indicted for the scandal, but wouldn’t rule out harsh measures if a repeat occurrence was revealed in next weeks vote.

Fortunately Senator Hirt once again abstained from voting, preventing a 50% split in the vote. Early reports of Parma quality have analysts favouring Pint on Punt next week, at a predicted 85% majority vote.

Parma Thursday 13.05.2010

News reports came in today that the Parma Senate secretly met at Pint on Punt this Thursday afternoon for what appears to be Chicken Parma’s.  Unfortunately news reporters were not able to get inside to take photographs of the meals thbemselves, but there are rumours that they were slightly burnt.

This just in….

The decision to eat at Pint on Punt was UNANIMOUS.  That’s right viewers, all members that cast a vote this day voted for Pint on Punt and NOT Elephant and Wheelbarrow.  Will this be a new trend for Parma Thursday? Are the days of eating at E&W over?  Stay tuned for future announcements.
